Formation of Contract

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer by the supplier. The items displayed by ukon.ch in the “online shop” are to be regarded solely as an invitation to submit an offer and are therefore non-binding and without obligation. Orders placed by customers through the “online shop” are considered binding offers to ukon.ch. The customer commits to providing accurate information when placing an order.

The contract is formed only when ukon.ch confirms acceptance of the order. Acceptance may be conveyed through invoicing or the dispatch of the products. A confirmation of receipt of the order via email does not constitute acceptance.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Return Policy

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within seven working days, starting the day after you receive the goods. We will refund the full purchase price you paid for the goods (including any delivery costs included in the price) provided that you notify us in writing of the withdrawal within seven days from the date you received the goods.

Returns must include a copy of the original invoice or delivery note indicating the quantity of each item returned and the date(s). Please send proof of shipment (e.g., a postal receipt) via email or WhatsApp to us when returning goods. Without such proof, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not reach us. We also reserve the right to charge the customer for costs incurred due to improper packaging.

Orders and Deliveries

If payment has not already been made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal, the enclosed invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt. By placing your order, you agree to our delivery and payment terms.

Disclaimer

We do not assume any liability for property or personal damage caused by intentional or negligent actions by the customer or by third parties as a result of the consumption of any product sold on ukon.ch.

We are not liable if the product is imported into a country where the product or its ingredients are prohibited, resulting in legal issues with local authorities. Liability rests solely with the customer who orders the product and imports it into their respective country.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All legal disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from ukon.ch are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
